PROGRAM + CONTEXT
This two-story Student Services and Administrative Building accomodates: Student Registration, Financial Aid, Student Assessment, Counseling, Campus Administration, Campus Dean of Education, Student Support, Vice President, and the President's Office. The building is located amidst a rich green landscape, at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
MISSION
Chaffey College has one of the highest acceptance rates in the region, and has experienced a progressive increase to approximately 20,000 students. The design of this building aims to support this growth, and to use its architecture as a mechanism for promoting orientation, communication, and meaning between the Administration, the Students, and throughout the life of the Campus.
