| Eligibility |

| General |
- Projects must have been constructed since January 1, 1998, except for the Heritage Awards (25+ year old projects), the unbuilt projects category, or the student category.
- Projects which have won previous P&F AIA awards in the same category are not eligible.
- Open to members of the Pasadena & Foothill Chapter AIA
- Non-Chapter AIA members who submit entrys which are within the Chapter’s service area.

Open to all students attending Architectural programs in the followings schools:
- California State Polytechnic University, Pomona
- East Los Angeles College
- Glendale Community College
- Mt. San Antonio College
- Pasadena City College
- Southern California Institute of Architecture
- University of California, Los Angeles
- University of Southern California
- Woodbury University, Burbank
